144 Collection began as a simple hobby for Lesia Griffin after taking sewing lessons. Lesia found that she loved creating patterns and designing handmade handbags. She took her love of designing accessories and in February 2006 started 144 Collection.
Lesia met Mary Sue (Sewing Susie) in June 2006 after she answered an ad placed for a seamstress. They have been working together ever since.
We strive to create handmade handbags, purses, wristlets, makeup bags, clutches, coin purses and baby gifts that are high quality. Each accessory is unique whether it is our choice of fabric or design. We love color and retro prints. As Lesia's passion grows, she is constantly looking for new things to create. She added a baby accessories line in 2010 after having 3 friends who were expecting babies around the same time.
Our hope is that people will have as much fun with our handmade accessories as we do designing and making them.
